ACCELERATED SERVICE: ON THE ROAD AGAIN.
Keep moving with priority diagnostics, prompt communication, and speedy repairs.
 
HOW IT WORKS:
 
GUARANTEED PRIORITY DIAGNOSTICS:
Within two hours of arrival at the dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required. *
PARTS SUPPORT:
Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.
COMMUNICATION:
Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.
SATISFACTION CONFIRMATION:
A post-service survey ensures that our Accelerated Service promise was kept and that you are satisfied with your experience.
 
*The following repairs are not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics:
body repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, multiple line repair orders.
