Personal Guaranty

I hereby personally, individually and unconditionally guarantee payment of whatever amount, which at any time shall be owing to Southwest Idealease on account of goods and services delivered, after the date hereof. This is a continuing guarantee relating to an indebtedness, including the arising under successive transactions, which shall either continue to indebtedness or from time to time renew it after it has been satisfied. This guarantee shall be perpetual as to any indebtedness incurred before written notice is received by Southwest Idealease that I am unwilling to guarantee any additional indebtedness on this account. Gurantor agrees by signing this Guaranty Agreement to authorize SouthWest Idealease and its agents to invetigate his or her business and personal credit history.

By selecting the "SUBMIT" button, you agree that the credit application and agreement above is submitted by applicant to Southwest Idealease to obtain credit. Southwest Idealease reserves the right to decline credit to applicant and in the event credit is extended, Southwest Idealease can change or revoke applicant's credit at any time within Southwest Idealease's sole discretion. 

 

In the event that Southwest Idealease extends credit to applicant, Southwest Idealease's acceptance of applicant's order(s) is expressly made conditional on applicant's assent to the terms and conditions of this credit application. The terms and conditions set forth in this credit application will govern all transactions between applicant and Southwest Idealease. The terms and conditions of purchase order(s) and other similar documents submitted by applicant will not become part of any agreement with Southwest Idealease unless Southwest Idealease accepts it in writing. 

 

Southwest Idealease has the right to suspend credit in the event that the applicant fails to pay for any invoices when due or applicant exceeds the extended credit limit. The undersigned company agrees to pay all collections, court costs, and legal fees incurred to college delinquent balances. It is agreed that this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Texas with venue and jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas. In addition to any other remedy to which Southwest Idealease may be entitled, Southwest Idealease shall be entitled to charge interest at the highest rate permitted by law on any invoice not paid in accordance with all the terms and conditions. All payables are due at 3722 Irving Blvd., Dallas, TX 75247. 

 

This agreement is strictly confidential and not transferable or assignable without the prior written consent or Southwest Idealease. Applicant agrees that any change in the liability for any debts incurred to Southwest Idealease due to a change in applicant's form of business shall not be effective for Southwest Idealease until Southwest Idealease receives actual notice of the change by certified mail. 

 

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. 
A faxed copy of this will be deemed as original.
